Core Responsibilities

Serve as a Trusted Relationship Manager, offering Financial Management solutions such as Wealth Protection, Investments, and other secondary Banking products/services
Engage clients through Branch walk-ins and Tele-prospecting using the Bank’s expansive client database
Conduct Client Profiling consultations to assess financial needs and goals
Meet clients at any of the islandwide bank branches, cafes, restaurants, or other locations at your clients' convenience

No Experience: S$3,600–S$3,800 Basic Salary + S$300 Monthly Allowance + Commissions

Experienced (FA or Banking exp): S$4,000–S$5,000 Basic Salary + S$300 Monthly Allowance + Commissions + Sign-on Bonus

Ludicrous Commissions

Achieve targets to earn Quarterly Commissions starting at S$9,000, with the uncapped potential for MORE based on results

Requirements:

Minimum Local Diploma, or any Degree (per Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations)
Private Diploma candidates must have completed 900+ training hours - contact me to confirm your eligibility
Attain core CMFAS exam modules before commencement (guidance and reimbursement provided)
Willing to Hustle: 5.5-day work week (weekday office hours + Saturday mornings), with flexibility to meet clients outside regular hours
