Sales Executive (Industrial Automation Parts / Obsoletes)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable products or solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, support) to ensure smooth order execution
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of technical or industrial products (automation experience is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel if required
