Join our friendly and dedicated team at our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic! We’re looking for a responsible and caring Clinic Assistant who is passionate about healthcare and wellness.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with appointment scheduling and registration
Handle phone and walk-in enquiries in both English and Chinese
Assist TCM physicians during consultation when necessary
Manage clinic records, payments, dispensing of Herbal and inventory management
Perform basic administrative and housekeeping duties
Ensure a clean, calm, and welcoming environment for all patients

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication
Computer literate – able to use basic clinic software, email, and Microsoft Office
Friendly, responsible, and able to work independently
Prior experience in a healthcare or TCM clinic is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Willingness to learn and adapt to TCM clinic needs.
Willing to work on weekends.
Prefer Singaporean/PR
