Bukit Merah - HR Executive ( Healthcare | 3-6 months ) -SA - JO-25807

• We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team.
• 5 minutes-walk from One-north MRT station
• Salary from $2,400 to $3,000
• Working hours:

1. 30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
2. 30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all HR documents are filed and organized according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Support the updating and maintenance of HR data for current employees within myHR.
• Assist in verifying and updating new hire onboarding details and offboarding data for departing employees.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned to support the team’s goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in processing HR records/data or similar administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume activities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.
