Job Summary:

HR Executive

Reporting to the Assistant HR Manager, the incumbent will work closely and support the Assistant HR Manager in managing early talent development, HR operations & employee engagement. This role plays a key part in fostering a strong workplace culture, managing programs for early-career talent, and supporting daily HR operations and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Early Talent
  • Support internship and graduate hiring programs, including coordination with educational institutions and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding, orientation, and engagement of early-career hires.
  • Coordinate events such as campus career fairs, talks, and social media campaigns.
  • Maintain early talent databases and track development and retention outcomes.
  • Assist in managing graduate training program.
HR Policies, Improvement, Reports, and Analytics
  • Assist in administering HR policies, benefits, and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
  • Handle HR communications regarding policy implementation, updates, news, and new regulations.
  • Generate and update quarterly HR Dashboard for management.
  • Lead & Manage HR process improvements.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees, propose continuous improvement initiatives, and provide feedback to line managers.
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Plan, execute, and support engagement initiatives such as wellness programs, team-building events, CSR activities, and festive celebrations.
  • Promote and maintain a positive work culture aligned with the company’s values.
  • Manage employee surveys, assist in sharing the results, and support the implementation of action plans.
  • Plan, execute, and support employee voice initiatives, ensuring effective communication and feedback mechanisms.
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to engagement, early talent, or HR operations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; creative and resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and passion for people and culture-building.
