Import Operations

5-day work week, including weekends
8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily air freight import/export operations and coordinate shipment movements.
Liaise closely with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Prepare, verify, and process shipping documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Execute Air Waybills (AWBs) and ensure compliance with operational requirements.
Coordinate customs clearance and delivery arrangements for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
Work closely with Customer Service and Warehouse teams on shipment and operational matters.
Ensure accurate data entry of shipment dimensions, weight, freight rates, and other operational information into the system.
Perform compliance checks and verification for Dangerous Goods (DG) and Temperature-Controlled Cargo shipments.
Maintain compliance with company policies, airline regulations, and industry standards.
