About the role

This full-time International Business Development role, based in Raffles Place Central Region, is an exciting opportunity to drive new business growth for a leading company in the sales industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities in international markets to support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identifying and pursuing new international business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy
Developing and executing targeted sales and marketing plans to penetrate new markets and capture market share
Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and partners, to drive new business
Conducting market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Collaborating cross-functionally with teams to support the successful delivery of new international business initiatives
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the success of international business development efforts

What we're looking for

Proven track record of successfully developing and executing international business development strategies within a sales or business development role
Excellent consultative sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and craft tailored solutions
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of international markets and business dynamics
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools to support sales and business development activities
