Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and review all HR and Admin policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training, and payroll.
  • Handle performance appraisals, compensation reviews, promotions, and bonus exercises.
  • Support employee relations, including engagement, performance management, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain HR records, leave systems, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations (e.g., work passes).
  • Oversee office administration – procurement, contracts, insurance, tenancy, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate office operations such as renovations, space planning, and company events.
  • Partner with department heads on workforce planning and assist with strategic HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder
  • 4 years of relevant experience in luxury retail industry
  • Knowledge on Singapore Employment Act and Microsoft Excel will have added advantageous
