Interior Design (ID) Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interior Design (ID) Coordinator to join our team at LOH & LOH CONSTRUCTION (PRIVATE) LIMITED' in Jurong West, West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of interior design projects, ensuring their successful delivery.
What you'll be doing- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet their needs
- Coordinate the work of the interior design team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Manage the procurement of materials and furnishings, negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best value for money
- Oversee the installation and implementation of interior design elements, ensuring quality control and timely completion
- Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
- Contribute to the development of design concepts and ideas, collaborating with the wider design team
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Design Coordinator or similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the design team
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferably residing in the West
