An established global maritime technology provider is expanding its commercial team in Asia-Pacific and is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated B2B sales professional with experience in maritime, satellite connectivity, or NAVCOM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and close new business opportunities with shipowners, managers, and maritime clients
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation
Present digital and satcom solutions aligned with client needs
Maintain pipeline and sales activity via HubSpot CRM
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and service delivery teams
Represent the company at industry events (3–4 times/year)

Ideal Candidate

4–6 years' B2B sales experience in maritime, satellite, telecom, or related industries
Strong understanding of NAVCOM systems, VSAT, and maritime digital solutions
Familiarity with the Asia-Pacific market
Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and solution selling
Proficient in HubSpot and MS Office
Degree in business, sales, or related field
