We are a fast-paced retail organization seeking a dynamic and resourceful Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment team. This role is critical in driving high-volume hiring initiatives across frontline retail, sales, and operational functions.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment, bring innovative sourcing strategies, and partner closely with business leaders to meet workforce demands.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume retail hiring, from requisition to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality talent pipelines
- Develop creative sourcing strategies through digital platforms, job boards, career fairs, and partnerships
- Ensure a positive candidate journey, from first interaction to onboarding, fostering engagement and loyalty
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the retail sector
- Innovate sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for both immediate and future hiring demands
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, acceptance rates) to continuously improve processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in retail or high-volume hiring environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
- Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics preferred
