About the role
Join the dynamic marketing team at WALLUX PTE LTD' as our new Social Media Marketing Specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving our brand's social media presence and engagement across multiple platforms. Based in our Jurong East West Region office, you will play a crucial part in shaping our digital marketing strategy and executing impactful social media campaigns.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience growth, and customer engagement
- Create visually compelling and on-brand content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok Content creation etc.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimise content and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our digital marketing approach
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure social media supports the overall marketing objectives
- Manage and grow our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and engaging manner
- 2-3 years of experience in a social media marketing or digital marketing role, preferably within the marketing & communications industry
- Proficiency in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across major social media platforms
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and audience targeting
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content
- Creativity and an eye for design, with experience using graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of digital & search marketing best practices and trends
