Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and trend-driven content for social media platforms including TikTok, XiaoHongShu (XHS), Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Use Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools to design and edit visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules across all platforms.
• Engage with online communities and respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries where appropriate.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal activities.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, posters, EDMs, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, photographers, influencers, and media partners when required.

• Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, workshops, retail activations, grand openings, and corporate events.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, vendor arrangements, and post-event reporting.
• Assist in outreach and partnership marketing activities to increase brand exposure and customer acquisition.

• Monitor and analyse social media and marketing campaign performance.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Assist with marketing-related documentation, quotations, purchase requests, and invoice processing.
• Maintain marketing databases, content libraries, and campaign records.
• Support ad-hoc marketing and operational projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant marketing or social media experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly TikTok, XiaoHongShu (XHS), Instagram, and Facebook.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut is required.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI tools in social media marketing and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and create bilingual content.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
