Talent Acquisition Specialist (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment and selection processes. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

• Proactively source and identify prospective candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and targeted outreach initiatives.
• Conduct screening and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, suitability, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the process.
• Exercise sound judgement and strong persuasion skills to engage and attract high-potential candidates.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with shortlisted candidates up to and including the onboarding stage.

• Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Open to candidates who are comfortable with cold calling and outreach to graduates or potential talent pools.
• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and intellectual curiosity with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, with effective time management and prioritization skills.
