• Yearly bonus and increment
• Tech-savvy individuals with no relevant individuals welcomed
• Morning shuttle available from Admiralty, Kranji, CCK and Gul Circle MRT (Mon-Fri)

• Perform daily onsite deployment (as per assigned) that consist of ONTs, Routers, Switches and AP of various brands (Cisco, HPE, TP-Link, Aruba etc).
• Perform order closure either through phone app or physical Customer Acceptance Form.
• Perform compilation and document all completed work for both internal and clients’ organization
• Demonstrate and explain equipment usage to customers, responding to any inquiries accordingly.
• Troubleshoot fiber patching either in MDF and breakpoint to isolate signal issue
• Occasional 24x7 on-call/on-site support
• Any other duties as assigned

• Class 2B Driving License (Candidates with their own vehicles preferred)
• Able to commit to a 6-day work week
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an fulltime role
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
