Job Description
- Perform daily onsite deployment (as per assigned) that consist of ONTs, Routers, Switches and AP of various brands (Cisco, HPE, TP-Link, Aruba etc).
- Perform order closure either through phone app or physical Customer Acceptance Form.
- Perform compilation and document all completed work for both internal and clients’ organization
- Demonstrate and explain equipment usage to customers, responding to any inquiries accordingly.
- Troubleshoot fiber patching either in MDF and breakpoint to isolate signal issue
- Occasional 24x7 on-call/on-site support
- Any other duties as assigned
- Class 2B Driving License
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
