Quality & Compliance Executive

Dynamics International School is an inclusive international school located in Orchard Road offering classes to bothmainstream children and children with developmental or academic challenges.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Executive to oversee and maintain the school’s compliance and quality assurance processes in accordance with EduTrust, SSG, CPE, and Cambridgerequirements.

• Manage EduTrust compliance, audits, renewals, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with CPE, SSG, and Cambridge regulations and standards.
• Maintain and update compliance records, SOPs, and EduTrust documentation.
• Handle ERF registration, annual returns, and regulatory submissions.
• Update teacher and staff information on the SSG portal.
• Coordinate internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly compliance reports and track outstanding action items.
• Work closely with departments to ensure adherence to institutional processes and quality standards.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or compliance within the education industry.
• Strong knowledge of EduTrust, SSG, CPE, and Cambridge requirements preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory reporting.
