Operating through the regional headquarters in Singapore, you will be responsible for executing the regional Responsible Sourcing program, ensuring that all manufacturing partners operate in a manner that respects human rights, adheres to environmental standards, and complies with all local labour laws.

  • Program Execution & Improvement: Execute the global sourcing compliance program and collaborate with internal teams to drive ongoing improvements to sourcing standards.
  • Vendor Stewardship: Actively participate in the vendor selection process and ensure all direct sourcing partners adhere to a strict Supplier Code of Conduct.
  • Audit Management: Plan and monitor social audit execution with third-party providers, and perform on-site social compliance audits as needed.
  • Risk Mitigation: Review audit reports to identify noncompliance, escalate critical issues, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and verify corrective action plans.
skills and experience required
  • Min. 5 years as social compliance officer within a large global company, preferably a major retailer.
  • Deep familiarity with international social compliance protocols across Asian markets.
  • Proven ability to communicate and read effectively in Mandarin to liaise with factory management and vendors from China.
