Retail Sales Executive

We believe each one of us deserve to create their own unique scent through experiences within its beautiful and luxurious boutiques as well as online, allowing tailor-made creations for all with an astounding quality at its core.
We are currently seeking an experienced and outgoing Retail Executive for our boutiques in Singapore. As a retail executive you will be trained to become Scent Designers and develop a deep knowledge in perfumery. If you are great salesperson, you are eager to learn, your love contacts, you have great interpersonal skills and you passionate about perfumes and luxury goods, we’d love to meet you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers. Identify their needs/ desires for scents
- Demonstrate your product knowledge and bring them the best guidance to create their own perfume with our unique methodology (you will be trained to become a scent designer!)
- Cross-sell products, upsell and achieve reachable sales targets
- Follow all stock management procedures and support your team to maintain highest standards of display within the boutique or our counters.
- Make sure all merchandising and displays are up to Maison luxury standards.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in beauty retail, fashion, F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong sales skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn and develop yourself with a strong team spirit mindset
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to details and service oriented
- Flexibility to work various shifts
