Bukit Merah - Personal Assistant Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant Housekeeper to oversee and manage all aspects of household housekeeping and service standards in a private residence. This role is ideal for an individual with a background as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar leadership capacity, who takes pride in maintaining an elegant, well-organised home and enjoys mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train and guide a small team of 2 to 3 in-house helpers to ensure the highest housekeeping and hygiene standards across the residence.
  • Oversee daily cleaning routines, laundry care, wardrobe management and household organisation to maintain impeccable presentation and functionality.
  • Provide guidance to one helper on kitchen operations, including grocery planning, food preparation, plating, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and order.
  • Ensure all household supplies are well-stocked and coordinate procurement as needed.
  • Maintain upkeep of fine furnishings, linens, and materials in accordance with appropriate care instructions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
  • Support in caring for a young child, ensuring a safe, clean and nurturing environment.
  • Discreetly assist with household errands, scheduling, and other personal assistant duties as needed.
Requirement
  • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar senior housekeeping leadership role, preferably in luxury hotels or private residences.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to teach, guide and motivate team members.
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning standards, laundry techniques, and household management.
  • Experience in family-oriented households, especially those with young children.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Willingness to live in-house and adapt to the family's schedule and needs.
  • Good communication skills and a warm, service-oriented disposition.
