Hotel Sales Executive / Manager (Minimum 3 Years Experience)

Location: Ji Hotel Orchard Singapore

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Hotel Sales Executive / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience in the hotel industry and be fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase hotel revenue.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Organize hotel site inspections, attend industry events, and actively promote hotel products and services.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and high service standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hotel or related hospitality industry.
• Strong corporate client or travel agency network is a plus.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (to liaise effectively with both English and Chinese-speaking clients and partners).
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
