As a Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and paper.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics such as room reservations and agendas.
  • Assist in bookkeeping and monitoring budgets as needed.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess Nitec / GCE O levels
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
