As a Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and paper.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics such as room reservations and agendas.
- Assist in bookkeeping and monitoring budgets as needed.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess Nitec / GCE O levels
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
