Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the firm’s business development strategy for corporate secretarial, governance, and advisory services, aligned with agreed revenue targets and growth plans.
- Identify, target, and convert high‑value prospects from listed companies, private enterprises, funds, family offices, and regional corporate groups.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with C‑suite clients, board members, general counsel, company secretaries, and investment professionals.
- Lead end‑to‑end business development cycles, including prospecting, needs‑based pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with Partners, Heads of Departments, and service delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet complex regulatory and corporate‑governance needs.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, seminars, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments affecting corporate secretarial and governance services; feed insights into our positioning and service offerings.
- Manage and report on the sales pipeline, KPIs, and conversion metrics using CRM tools and internal dashboards.
