? Executive / Senior Executive (Retail Leasing) - Bukit Merah

• Location: 391B Orchard Road, #24-03 Ngee Ann City Tower, Singapore 238874
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Salary: Competitive, with AWS + Variable Bonus
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred (CEA licence required for leasing functions)

Role Overview

As part of the Leasing team, the Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for supporting end-to-end retail leasing operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and tenants to drive occupancy, optimize rental income, and maintain excellent tenant relationships in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.

• Support leasing operations: marketing, lease administration, tenant coordination, reporting.
• Conduct competitive market research and stay updated on retail and real estate trends.
• Identify and prospect potential tenants through research, networking, and outreach.
• Negotiate lease terms for new and renewal leases; prepare leasing documentation.
• Assist the team in achieving targeted occupancy rates and rental income.
• Manage lease approvals and documentation flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with tenants during fit-out stages to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Prepare and support submission of leasing reports, budget reports, and management updates.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of relevant leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in lease documentation and familiar with retail fit-out processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• CEA Licence is required for real estate leasing functions.
