Business Analyst (ETRM)

• Partner closely with external vendors and system integrators throughout the project lifecycle. This includes validating requirements, shaping functional designs, and spearheading strategies for data cleansing and system migration.
• Act as the primary internal expert to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and Software Designers to resolve complex business scenarios and provide scalable functional solutions.
• Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes and managing organizational change during system transitions.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies, author detailed test cases, and execute both functional and End-to-End (E2E) testing phases.
• Devise tactical mitigation plans to ensure seamless operations during system cutovers. Following "Go-Live," you will serve as the lead on-site point of contact for user inquiries, business unit training, and the creation of essential user manuals.
• Collaborate with developers to provide L2 support for daily incidents and change requests within the ETRM environment. You will also help define and maintain a robust support model with clearly defined SLA metrics.

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized Singaporean institution.
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst within the Commodity Trading sector (ideally Oil & Gas), with multiple years of experience in system implementation or high-level support.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with major ETRM platforms (e.g., Aspect, Enuit, Openlink, Allegro, or Triple Point).
• Significant experience acting as a Functional Consultant during the end-to-end delivery of new ETRM solutions and their subsequent operational phases.
