We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on lead generation. In this role, you will design and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at attracting and engaging learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development & Management:

• Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, email, Tik tok etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
• Develop tailored content and creative assets that resonate with adult learners.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Utilize data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Work closely with the marketing team and external partners to align campaigns with broader organizational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep our lead generation tactics competitive.

Audience Engagement:

• Develop targeted strategies to nurture prospective learners through the conversion funnel.
• Engage with leads via digital channels to answer queries and provide relevant information about our programmes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in lead generatio
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully driving leads and conversions through digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, AdWords, and social media platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
