Manage and oversee ACMV projects from planning, execution, to completion.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Review and approve ACMV design drawings, technical submissions, and method statements.
Ensure installation works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical or coordination issues.
Ensure project completion within timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Prepare project documentation including reports, variation orders, and final handover documents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 of experience in ACMV or M&E projects.
Experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale building projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems, installation methods, and relevant codes.
Good project management, leadership, and coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
