Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Civil/Main Contractor)

• Core focus: Civil engineering, road works, drainage, infrastructure
• Frequently involved in LTA and public infrastructure projects

Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical or operational issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation
• Lead and supervise site teams to achieve project milestones
• Support tendering, budgeting, and contract administration when required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Assistant Project Manager: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Project Manager: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with main contractor projects (civil / infrastructure) preferred
• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
