Job Description
Position: Sales Personnel / Placement ConsultantCompany: Guardian Angel
Location: Singapore
Salary: SGD 2,000 – 2,300 (Base) + Uncapped Commission
Commission Structure
Commission per successful placement (per calendar month):
- First 5 placements: SGD 200 each
- 6–10 placements: SGD 300 each
- 11 placements and above: SGD 400 each
About Us
Guardian Angel is a brand-new employment agency built from scratch. We provide domestic
helpers, caregivers, and household support services to families in Singapore.
As a startup, we value ownership, responsibility, and long-term thinking. We are building our
reputation from the ground up and are looking for salespeople who are serious about their work,their earnings, and the quality of their placements.
Role Overview
This is a sales + case ownership role, not a “close and disappear” role.
You will be responsible for engaging employers, matching suitable helpers, and owning the case
end-to-end, including post-placement counselling and dispute handling.
This role suits someone eager, confident, people-focused, and willing to take responsibility in a
startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement- Handle employer enquiries through calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Understand employer needs, expectations, and household requirements
- Present suitable helper profiles clearly and professionally
- Close placements ethically and responsibly
- Arrange interviews between employers and helpers
- Most interviews will be conducted online via Zoom
- On certain occasions, interviews may be conducted in person
- Be prepared to support and attend interviews as required
- Set realistic expectations for both employer and helper
- Clearly explain job scope, conditions, and responsibilities
- Reduce mismatches through proper counselling before deployment
- Conduct follow-ups after deployment
- Handle disputes, adjustment issues, or concerns professionally
- Counsel both the employer and the helper to resolve issues where possible
- Take ownership of cases during the initial placement period
- Work closely with the admin staff to ensure smooth processing
- Track cases from first contact to stable completion
- Ensure proper coordination and handover
- Commission is payable only after successful placement
- A placement is considered successful after a minimum 30-day stability period
- If a case is cancelled or refunded within the initial period, commission may be reduced or not paid
- If issues arise but are successfully resolved and the placement continues, full commission applies
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual
- Comfortable working in a startup environment built from zero
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willing to handle counselling and difficult conversations
- Takes ownership of cases instead of passing responsibility
- Able to work independently and follow through
- Comfortable with commission-based earnings
- Willing to attend and pass the CEI (Certificate for Employment Intermediaries) course and examination to be licensed to handle MOM-related matters

Working Hours & Benefits- 5-day work week
- Working hours: 10:30 am – 6:30 pm
- Overtime is expected when required, especially during peak periods
- Online interviews may need to be conducted remotely outside standard working hours
- Willingness to work on weekends based on rotation or business needs
- Base salary + uncapped commission

Important Note
This role is not suitable for individuals who want to close cases and move on. We are looking for
sales professionals who care about placement quality, responsibility, and long-term success.
