Job Scope:
- Execute comprehensive room cleaning that meets established hygiene standards
- Perform professional bed-making and linen changes, ensuring all bedding is crisp, clean and free of defects
- Manage high-turnover cycles by efficiently preparing rooms for new arrivals within strict timeframes without compromising quality
- Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee/tea supplies, and promotional collateral
- Track and report inventory levels of cleaning chemicals and guest supplies to supervisors to prevent stockouts
- Strictly follow 'Lost and Found" procedures, ensuring any items left behind by guests are logged and surrendered to management immediately
- Respond to guest requests with a sense of urgency and professional, courteous demeanor to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in hotel
- Good attitude & Customer Service oriented
