Job Title: Hotel Housekeeping Staff

Job Summary:

Hotel housekeeping staff are responsible for keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, tidy, and comfortable. They help ensure guests have a pleasant and hygienic stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms (make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms)
  • Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items
  • Clean hallways, lobbies, and other public areas
  • Report any maintenance issues or damaged items
  • Follow health and safety standards
  • Respond to guest requests politely and promptly

Requirements:

  • Basic cleaning skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting)
  • Positive attitude and reliability
  • No formal education required; training is usually provided

Working Conditions:
