Logistics operations executive - Bukit Batok

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations and administrative staff to ensure smooth execution of client requirements;
• Monitor adherence to internal quality, safety, and compliance standards;
• Set and track operational metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement;
• Manage resource planning, procurement, and cost controls, including staffing levels and overtime;
• Map processes for new or evolving operational needs and implement enhancements;
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and deliver cost savings for clients;
• Coordinate and implement training programs to ensure team capability and compliance;
• Ensure consistent application of SOPs and operational guidelines.

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management;
• At least 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations and support;
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management System or data analytics tools would be an advantage;
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
