Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily HR operations including recruitment coordination, leave tracking, and staff onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documents are properly filed and updated
  • Provide general administrative support such as handling correspondence, office supplies, and filing
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on HR and administrative matters
  • Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good written/verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information discreetly
