Plant Manager - Operations
- 5 days (Monday-Friday, Sat Half day)
Location: Penjuru
Basic Salary: $5000 - $7000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily waste treatment operations to meet throughput targets.
- Troubleshoot and guide on equipment such as pumps, clarifiers, filters, and chemical systems.
- Coordinate maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Manage manpower, shifts, and provide technical training to staff.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Ensure all plant operations comply with EHS regulations.
- Lead and enforce workplace safety, conduct audits and incident follow-ups.
- Maintain housekeeping standards (5S) and organize tools, chemicals, and spare parts.
- Keep accurate records and prepare KPI and operational reports.
- Drive process improvements to optimize energy, chemical use, and reduce waste.
Requirements:
- Experienced in waste treatment or industrial plant operations, including managing staff and foreign workers.
- Strong knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological treatment systems and specialized equipment.
- Demonstrates leadership, attention to detail, and effective follow-up skills.
