Plant Manager (Waste Treatment Facility-Oil Sludge)

• 8:00am - 5:00pm / 8:00am-12:00pm (5.5 days)
• Salary: Up to $7000 (Basic) + VB

• Oversee the daily operations of the waste treatment plant to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient running
• Ensure the plant operates in full compliance with safety, health, and environmental (EHS) regulations
• Lead and manage plant staff and shift teams, ensuring adequate manpower and 24/7 operational coverage where required
• Work closely with the maintenance team to plan preventive maintenance and minimize unplanned downtime
• Monitor plant performance to meet waste processing targets and uptime goals
• Provide technical guidance to resolve operational or equipment issues related to waste treatment systems
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site organization (5S)
• Track and review plant data, KPIs, and operational reports, and submit regular updates to management

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
• Min 5 years of experience in waste treatment or industrial plant operations
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological waste treatment processes
