Principal Engineer (4 Openings) - 2-Year Contract

Location: Near One-North MRT

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Summary:

We're looking for four experienced Principal Engineers to join our team. As a technical leader, you'll shape engineering practices, mentor talent, and drive technical excellence across the organization

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in software architecture, development, data management, or quality assurance
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and engineering principles
Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Address complex technical challenges and ensure solution scalability

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in software development with expertise in areas like front-end/back-end development, data architecture, or DevOps
Proven track record in technical leadership, solution design, and team mentorship
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Contract Details:

2-year contract with potential for permanent tenure based on performance
