Student Care Centre Supervisor
Location: Choa Chu KangWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and planning of the centre.
- Handle student and parent matters such as enrolment, activities, academic and behaviour concerns.
- Guide and support staff, assigning duties, and reviewing performance.
- Plan and supervise student activities like field trips and group work.
- Prepare reports on enrolment, expenses, staffing, and training.
- Must be able to teach P5/P6 subjects.
- Strong committed attendance
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 1 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a student care or tuition centre environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
