Account Executive – Jade Spring
Job Scope

Handle daily accounting for retails (record income & expenses)
Reconcile daily sales from POS (cash, PayNow, card)
Do bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
Support in Travel agent business transaction
Assist with tour-related payments (if any)
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Prepare reports (P&L, basic statements) when required
Support audit and tax matters

Requirements

Accounting knowledge
2-3 years experience preferred
Familiar with Excel / accounting software Quickbook
Careful, responsible, and organized
Able to handle new challenges
