Project Management Executive/Assistant Project Manager

Verztec is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive/Assistant Project Managers to support the planning and delivery of client projects across our three core service pillars: Digital Learning, Language Services, and Global Creative Design.

• Support the planning and management of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate project activities across departments
• Provide practical recommendations and solutions to meet client requirements
• Present an overview of Verztec’s services, portfolio, and capabilities to prospective clients
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates throughout project lifecycles

• Singaporeans only (no foreign worker quota available)
• Minimum Diploma qualification or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Prior experience in customer support or client-facing roles will be an advantage
