Project Management Executive / Assistant Project Manager (eLearning)

Verztec is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Executive / Assistant Project Manager to manage and support the delivery of high-quality digital learning projects for corporate clients. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams across instructional design, creative, and localisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage eLearning and digital learning projects from initiation to delivery
• Ensure high-quality project outcomes through meticulous planning, review, and quality assurance
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on time
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide accurate status updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Conduct thorough QA checks on content, designs, and deliverables before submission to clients
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to standards
• Support content localisation, translation, and adaptation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across languages

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only (no foreign worker quota available)
• Diploma or higher qualification; degree in business, communications, instructional design, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in project coordination, project management, or eLearning project delivery is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and meticulous, with a strong focus on quality assurance
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects while maintaining high standards
• Experience with eLearning platforms (Articulate Storyline, Rise, LMS) is preferred
