Warehouse Supervisor – RR Express (S) Pte Ltd

We are hiring an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take full ownership of daily warehouse operations. This role requires a candidate who can lead a team, maintain strict inventory control, and ensure high operational standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, sorting, packing, dispatch)
Lead, supervise, and discipline warehouse staff to meet performance targets
Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory control and stock movement
Plan manpower allocation and manage daily workflow efficiently
Coordinate closely with logistics/dispatch team to meet delivery timelines
Investigate discrepancies, losses, and operational issues with clear reporting
Enforce strict safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Drive continuous improvement and productivity within the warehouse

Strict Requirements (Please apply only if you meet these)

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant warehouse experience
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role
Proven experience in inventory control and stock management systems
Experience in logistics/courier environment is strongly preferred
Strong leadership — able to manage, train, and control a team effectively
Able to work under pressure and handle daily operational issues independently
Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Basic computer skills (Excel / warehouse systems) is a must
