We’re Hiring: Senior / Banquet Executive

From initial preparation through to event day delivery, you will help uphold exceptional service standards that reflect the Club’s distinguished heritage and commitment to excellence.

• Supervise Banquet Operations Assistants on duty and ensure compliance with the Club’s service and operational standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to the Club’s quality service standards at all times.
• Ensure all F&B control procedures are followed, including the proper issuance and documentation of charging chits.
• Attend promptly to members’ complaints, operational issues, or service concerns.
• Take timely and appropriate corrective action to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Communicate directly with relevant teams and oversee the set-up and service delivery of contracted functions.
• Conduct daily checks of function rooms to ensure readiness, service consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Support event preparations, including table setup and pre-event arrangements.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management.

• Diploma in Events, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively and professionally.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant event management tools.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in accordance with event requirements.
