Position: Marketing Executive (Social Media & Content Creation)
Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence on Xiaohongshu (Red Book), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling.

You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, planning photoshoots, designing artworks, and driving brand awareness across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

✅Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for Red Book, Facebook, IG, and TikTok.
Plan and conduct photoshoots (product, lifestyle, promotional).
Design eye-catching graphics, posters, and promotional materials.
Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for better reach.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an active online community.

Collaborate with influencers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for partnerships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing & content creation.
Strong skills in photography, videography, and graphic design (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva).
Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (Red Book), TikTok trends, and Meta platforms.
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, Melayu (to engage different launage -speaking audiences).

Nice to Have:

Experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
