Operations Manager - Backend Business Operations

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a background in a manufacturing environment or similar, where they have successfully implemented process enhancements and efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity, from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Identify, develop, and implement strategies to streamline workflows and optimize productivity.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various backend functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
• Oversee daily operations of the Backend Business Operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure goals are met.
• Train and mentor team members on process improvements and operational excellence.
• Manage and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance and project progress to senior management.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on operational performance and project outcomes for senior management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing process improvement projects, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
