Operations Manager - Gallery & Business Operations

A well-established premium gallery and brand environment is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, administration, logistics, and executive support functions.

• Provide leadership to ensure effective operational controls, administrative processes, and reporting
• Establish operational plans, budgets, performance measures, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and contractors on all operational matters
• Oversee warehouse and inventory management, including import and export logistics
• Liaise with IT vendors for system maintenance and software updates
• Ensure repairs and maintenance meet standards and remain within budget
• Support manpower planning and operational resource strategies
• Lead and manage Office Administration and Service Administration functions
• Build and maintain effective working relationships across teams
• Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior management
• Communicate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and visa applications
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Independent, responsible, flexible, and resourceful
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT systems
• Service-oriented mindset and professional conduct
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Interest in arts, culture, or music appreciation is an advantage

• Salary: SGD $4,500 – $5,000 per month
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Location: Central Singapore

• Eligible to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship
