What you'll be doing?

  • Develop strategic partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, property developers, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Execute marketing initiatives: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance Lux & Beyond's market presence and client base.
  • Identify market opportunities: Conduct regular market analysis to uncover new business prospects, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Represent the company: Showcase Lux & Beyond at trade shows, networking events, and client presentations, elevating the brand's profile.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor performance: Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Who are they looking for?
  • Industry experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the luxury interior furnishing industry or related sectors.
  • Proven track record: Demonstrated ability to secure high-value contracts and manage key accounts, showcasing your sales acumen.
  • Polished communicator: Well-groomed with exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with familiarity in CRM tools being a plus to enhance your efficiency and client management.
