SAMS Greens & Grains PTE LTD is seeking a talented and experienced Sales and Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team. As a full-time role based in the Raffles Place Central Region, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and marketing strategies, ultimately contributing to our continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to effectively promote our range of healthy food products and services
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
- Manage and coordinate the work of the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our offerings align with customer needs and market demands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing strategies for maximum impact
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns that drive business growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and content creation
