Training Manager (Maternity Cover)

Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM, Fri 8:30 AM to 5.30 PM

Until End June 2026

• Conduct training sessions on insurance products and core concepts
• Regularly update training materials in line with regulatory and policy changes
• Organize and deliver workshops, clinics, and e-learning modules
• Ensure smooth execution of training programs, including logistics and content planning
• Create engaging, interactive digital learning content
• Apply blended learning methodologies to program design and delivery
• Engage effectively with learners and stakeholders to meet training goals

• Degree in Business or related field
• CMFAS certifications: M5, M9, M9A, and HI (mandatory)
• Additional certifications (AFP, AFC, CFP, ChFC) are a plus
• Prior experience as a trainer in insurance or banking industry
• Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and practices
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Skilled in digital content creation and training platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
