Senior Executive/Executive, Human Resource - Toa Payoh

As the Senior Executive/Executive, Human Resource, you are responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Human Resource, you'll be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies that support our employees and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing and handling of work passes administrations.
• Conduct new hire onboarding, track probationary progress, and manage confirmation processes.
• Manage the end-to-end employee cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate management of employment contracts and personnel files.
• Performed key HR generalist duties, including the preparation of all official employee documentation, payroll and the full administration of the company's training and development program.
• Ensured functionality of the leave portal by maintaining leave balances and providing dedicated technical and administrative support to employees.
• Engages in close collaboration with various departments to successfully deliver strategic HR programs, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement of HR policies and workflows.
• Administered all employee benefits programs, serving as the primary liaison for policy guidance, inquiry resolution, and the management of all corporate insurance claims

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
