About the Role
We are seeking pro-active and driven Human Resources (HR) Executives to join our growing team.
As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and staff wellbeing, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, as well as manpower and career planning.
This is a people-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations across the group of companies and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the HR team, you will support a wide range of HR functions. The following is a list of responsibilities that may be assigned, based on business needs and individual development. You will not be required to handle all responsibilities simultaneously.
- Maintain precise employee records to support manpower planning
- Handle recruitment process to meet the manpower needs across the business units
- Monitor and manage work pass applications for prospective foreign employees
- Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth integration
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and the follow-up actions
- Support the accurate processing of salaries and benefits
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programmes
- Manage the offboarding process and provide insights on retention strategies
- Develop and organise corporate social responsibility initiatives
- Collaborate with business units to uphold workplace safety standards
- Propose and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Able to interact confidently with business units and external parties
